I told them it wasnt that she couldnt fit the dress and that my mom is a senior and I would not tell my mom to put on tight clothing and go out and buy measuring tape so then the only other option that they gave me I paid $162 or $67 altogether with the dress being $137 and the other amount for shipping again altogether paying $167 they were only willing to compensate me $20 I told them that shipping doesnt cost that much even though I know shipping has went up with everything thats going on with our government but definitely I shouldve been able to get back more than $20 they stated to me my other option would be 30% off on another purchase so then I would have to spend more money with them in order to get the 30% off, which I was not interested in spending any more money with this company at this time, they were very rude very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anyone definitely not senior friendly it also took the dress one month to arrive after always been through
